Valerie’s leadership positions span diverse portfolios within the entertainment, gaming, and hospitality industries, including Playboy Enterprises, MTV Network, Univision, and iN Demand. Before joining Hyperfocal, Valerie served as the Senior Vice President of Gaming and Hospitality with Playboy Enterprises, primarily focused on acquiring brand partnerships and expanding global reach and market share. Prior to that, she was appointed the Division Vice President of Playboy Enterprises, where she managed the development, creative execution, production, and delivery of all events, talent, and marketing campaigns for Playboy.
Experienced in the areas of talent management, marketing, brand licensing, and iGaming, she has notably launched projects that have achieved in excess of $10M+ in revenue year-over-year.
